Here is our stop from Friday at Discovery Mills. The kids had fun helping to build the life size R2-D2. I even got invlolved. A great diversion on a rainy day that would have been spent inside.

Catching Up

Just trying to catch up with our life happenings. This week (Monday), we took a much anticipated (by the kids) trip to the GA Aquarium. We were awed and fascinated with many underwater creatures that we had never heard or seen before. Definitely a good learning experience for me and the kids!

We All Scream for Ice Cream

Well, maybe not all of us, but the kids and my mom sure did. We were at my parent's house in South GA this weekend. My mom had discovered that you could get a free ice cream cone on March 7th, if you wore your pj's. My mom and the kids bravely donned theirs. Free ice cream!

Flying High

Last Friday, we made the trek to Middle GA for a field trip. About 20 minutes SW of Macon, in the town of Warner Robins, we toured the Aviation Museum located adjacent to the Air Force Base. Daddy accompanied us on this one, and enjoyed it more than the kids, because it was all about the planes.
